1. Browse our website, where you can either choose a suggested fireplace set from the Room Set Gallery, Fireplace Suites and Fireplaces, or create your own fireplace from the Mantels, Inserts, Firebaskets, Stoves and accessories sections. Don't forget to include a hearth and a gas fire.
2. Make sure your selected fireplace fits your chimney breast, by simply ensuring the length of the mantel shelf measures less than the width of the chimney breast.
3. Then just follow the prompts, to firstly register with us, choose your items and then proceed to check-out, where you can make your purchase safely and quickly through HSBC and SAGEPAY or call us on 0800 118 2800 and we will be happy to process your purchase personally.

What if I change my mind?
We accept cancellations with no charge whatsoever prior to delivery.
What if I change my mind after delivery?
We will make a refund, however we would ask that you pay the delivery charge. We will also need to charge if we are required to collect the product.
What if the product is damaged during delivery?
All items carried by our delivery partner TNT are insured, but must be checked carefully by the purchaser at point of delivery before being signed for and thus, should any goods be damaged, we will offer a full refund or arrange a redelivery. Neither TNT nor Fabulous Fireplaces.Com will be held liable for any product declared damaged after being signed for.

Once I place an order, how long does it usually take for my goods to be delivered?
Our average is approximately 6 to 7 working days -
free delivery to London and the home counties
Do we deliver to Ireland and Scotland as well?
Yes we do, but there is an additional delivery charge to the Republic of Ireland, Highlands and Islands of Scotland.
FITTING
Do we also fit fireplaces?
Yes we do, but only in London and the home counties. We also offer a chimney sweeping service.
Do we fit fireplaces if the customer buys them from another supplier?
Yes we do, we are more than happy to offer a fitting only service.
Do we install chimney liners?
Yes we do, we supply and install both gas and solid-fuel chimney liners.

Is it safe to pay online?
It is completely safe, our partner, HSBC and SAGEPAY, are totally assured.
TECHNICAL ISSUES
Are marble and limestone mantels suitable for solid fuel?
Yes they are. All such mantels in our collection are suitable for solid fuel provided they are fitted correctly.
Are fireplaces supplied already assembled?
No. They come in sections that will require assembly and fitting.
